Everyone knows that I promised legal assistance at the European Court of Human Rights to everyone detained at the rally. Right now, it is almost the only court where a fair ruling can still be obtained.
The lawyers at ACF (Anti-Corruption Foundation) have been providing this assistance for a long time and developed a convenient system for searching applications for their own use, and now they have decided to share it with everyone.
We created a convenient website for searching cases at the European Court. The site uses the court’s own application search system, but there you need the application number to search, and that can lead to problems:
- the application number can simply get lost somewhere in the mail; - the case status is updated very rarely, so it is inconvenient to check the website every time.
That is why we added search by last name; you can also subscribe to case updates. In just a few seconds, I found many of my own cases there:
