We demand that Alexei be given immediate access to a doctor, that his treatment begin, and that the torture of sleep deprivation be stopped. We remind you that Alexei Navalny is being held in Penal Colony No. 2 in Pokrov completely unlawfully, on the basis of an invalid sentence, by the personal order of Vladimir Putin, and Putin bears direct responsibility for his state of health.
