“Black Box” is a secure submission form launched by Alexei Navalny. Through it, you can anonymously send Alexei’s team documents and information about corruption, abuses, and crimes committed by the authorities.
Alexei Navalny launched the project in 2014 as a safe channel for whistleblowers and insiders with access to information about corruption within the Russian government. Users can upload files, describe what they know, and send materials directly to ACF’s investigative team. Submissions are transmitted through an encrypted connection and stored securely so that access remains limited to the investigators working on the materials. Black Box has helped provide information and documents that became essential to many major ACF investigations, including the film Putin’s Palace.
