Kemerovo became the fourteenth city on Alexei Navalny’s 2017 autumn campaign tour. The meeting took place on the outskirts of the city—without a convenient central square, but in the same format of an open conversation with people. This tour was part of Navalny’s presidential campaign: after opening regional campaign offices, he began holding large meetings with voters across Russia.
