Vladimir became the eighteenth city on Alexei Navalny’s 2017 autumn campaign tour. It was a day of real winter, even though it was still late autumn. In a single day, Navalny held two meetings — first in Vladimir, and then in Nizhny Novgorod. The tour was part of Navalny’s presidential campaign: after opening regional campaign offices, he began holding large meetings with voters across Russia.
