Opening of the campaign office in Penza

On May 19, 2017, Alexei Navalny arrived in Penza as part of the campaign’s major Volga region tour. During those days, the team was opening several campaign offices at once—in Penza, Saransk, Ulyanovsk, Yoshkar-Ola, and Cheboksary. Penza became another point on the map of the regional network: a city where Alexei’s supporters gained an office, coordinators, and the opportunity to work together rather than alone.
