Opening of the campaign office in Penza

On May 19, 2017, Alexei Navalny arrived in Penza as part of the campaign’s major Volga-region tour. During those days, the team was opening several campaign offices at once—in Penza, Saransk, Ulyanovsk, Yoshkar-Ola, and Cheboksary. Penza became another point on the map of the regional network: a city where Alexei’s supporters gained an office, coordinators, and the chance to work together rather than alone.
