On April 25, 2018, Russia’s Supreme Court refused to overturn the conviction of Alexei and Oleg Navalny in the Yves Rocher case, despite the European Court of Human Rights ruling that their rights had been violated. For Oleg Navalny, this meant he had to remain in a penal colony until the end of his sentence. It was a continuation of political pressure on Alexei Navalny through his family.
