I haven’t been to such a huge rally since 2012. I’m very happy that tens of thousands of Muscovites did not stay silent, did not swallow this humiliation, but came out to express their protest. Moscow City Hall and United Russia (the ruling political party) decided they could, with impunity, treat as second-class citizens everyone who does not want to vote for them. But now it is clear they will not get away with it. The rally’s resolution: register the candidates, or next Saturday this entire crowd will march to Moscow City Hall.
