My precious... (I mean the blini, of course). Happy Maslenitsa (the traditional Russian pancake week), everyone! By the way, what do you eat your blini with? Everyone around me seems to have theirs with some kind of fish, or caviar, or farmer's cheese. As for me, I just take some sour cream, add a little jam, stir it up, and it turns into something divine. In terms of health benefits and diet-friendliness, only sweetened condensed milk can probably compete.
