It’s ironic how things turn out. Three years ago, Oficerov and I were convicted. We took the case all the way to the European Court of Human Rights, and proved that the verdict was unjust. The case was fabricated. The ECHR ruling said exactly that: the authorities did not even bother to create the appearance of a fair trial. The Supreme Court overturned the verdict. And the result? We are back in court in Kirov. The system refuses to give up and keeps inventing new tricks to torment everyone who stands against it. The main thing here is not to give up. Photo: Yevgeny Feldman.
