Meeting volunteers as they get off the bus. Things got interesting in Mordovia (a republic in Russia). The authorities here are going wild: it’s no coincidence that this is the second region after Chechnya where the vote is always 99% in favor of the authorities. They blocked every venue where we could meet with volunteers. The last one was shut down the evening before. So we kept it simple: we rented buses and literally took everyone who came out into an open field. That’s where we held the meeting, and it was great.
