A month ago, when we launched the #IAmForNavalny campaign, we thought the occasion called for something truly special—something everyone could take part in and make their own contribution to. That’s how the idea for the Big Subbotnik (a large-scale community volunteer action day) was born. On July 8 and 9, teams from all 58 campaign offices will take to the streets of cities across Russia together to carry out an unprecedentedly large two-day outreach effort. Why? Because the Big Subbotnik brings into play the full volunteer strength of our campaign: everyone will be able to join their local team and help make sure the #Navalny2018 campaign is known and talked about in every corner of our vast country. With your help, we have prepared and printed millions of newspapers, flyers, and stickers; produced T-shirts, bags, updated campaign cubes, and our latest innovation—inflatable balloons. The teams are fully ready for the final crescendo of the #IAmForNavalny campaign. On July 8 and 9, there will be plenty for all of us to do.
