I was very glad to meet with the Moscow volunteers. In the capital, this turned out to be a real problem—there are many volunteers, we need a large hall, and they won’t provide one. We sign a contract, and the next day it’s: sorry, we can’t, we have to cancel it. So we’ve had to get creative: we rented a small hall and notified people just a few hours in advance so that the "relevant authorities" wouldn’t have time to intervene.
