Olivier salad — check. Herring under a fur coat — check. Sandwiches with red caviar — check. Pickled mushrooms — all set. Vodka and champagne — with us. All that’s left is to turn on the TV. The Navalny family’s super-traditional New Year’s celebration. It looks exactly the same now as it did back in the 1970s in the USSR (the Soviet Union). And personally, that’s exactly how I like it.
