It seems funny, but in reality it’s a complete disaster. The 21st century, a country with nuclear weapons, and they still can’t clear snowdrifts even from the streets of its biggest cities. People are forced to write a banned surname on them to make the authorities remove it along with the snowdrift. I keep getting sent photos like this. It doesn’t always work. About half the time. On the other hand, if there’s no inscription, they definitely won’t clear it :(
