Don't get me wrong. I'm 100% on board with the song "Black Eyes," shawarma, cream-filled wafer rolls with sweetened condensed milk, shashlik (grilled meat skewers), a little cognac, and all those wonderful things the Black Sea gives us. But once again, I've realized that I'm more of a northerner at heart. My heart belongs to beaches with few people, where no one is shouting and everyone is reserved, with cold water, dunes, and winds so strong they practically blow everyone away. The Baltic 💙
