Cowards, thieves, and scoundrels. There is nothing else you can call our authorities when you look at the footage from Khabarovsk, where people are being beaten. ⠀ Just like petty alleyway thugs who hide and wait for a lone victim. When half the city was out in the streets, the officials crawled under the table like rats and whimpered from there: please, let your protest remain peaceful. ⠀ Three months have passed, and there are fewer people now. The officials have grown bolder, puffed themselves up, and immediately returned to their favorite method: beat people and disperse them. ⠀ These bastards in full riot gear (not even locals, as I understand it) are beating people with batons. Someone had their nose broken; someone else is in intensive care. ⠀ What are they being beaten for? For demanding fair elections? Is that a crime now? The people ordering these beatings are billionaire Trutnev (the presidential envoy to the Russian Far East) and multibillionaire Putin. To soothe them, those barely scraping by from paycheck to paycheck have to be “punished.” First they robbed them, and now they beat them. ⠀ Well, we’ll see. I hope the rally in Khabarovsk next Saturday will be the biggest yet. So that these scoundrels and cowards crawl back under the table again.
