Contextual advertising is a funny thing:
PR courses organized by United Russia (the ruling political party) are being advertised for the keyword "Yabloko" (a liberal Russian political party; literally "apple"). And Comrade Bukovsky, the future president of the Russian Federation, seems to have a very serious passion for spam. His campaign headquarters has absolutely bombarded me with emails. Now I seem to know about every single step he takes. From "Bukovsky received his passport" to "Bukovsky will appear on Radio Liberty today" and "Bukovsky said in an interview...." If they’ve decided to introduce me to Bukovsky in such detail, they might as well write about his private life too: "This morning candidate Bukovsky had a splendid breakfast of fried potatoes" or "Candidate Bukovsky has arrived back in his homeland, and not even the bitchy flight attendant who spilled tomato juice on him could spoil his joy" or "At this very moment, candidate Bukovsky is desperately craving a little cognac" Much more interesting. And it would make it easier to judge his leadership qualities properly.
