The NAROD movement is quite actively helping candidates who are ready to take part in a united opposition bloc. For example, in Neotrotskyist, Pyotr Miloserdov, executive secretary of NAROD’s political council, prepared special guides: “How to Become a Candidate in Moscow Municipal Elections: 12 Steps” and “Low-Budget Election Technology: Content and Methods.” Both guides can be downloaded here.
