Today I’m going to the Supreme Court.
Over the past two days, I haven’t seen or heard a single comment on the A.-Kh. case defending this rotten government. I’m convinced that all of us should help create enough social tension around this unjust verdict that those bastards won’t be able to leave things as they are. And let them drag out some hack lawyer of theirs, review the verdict, and declare that United Russia (the ruling political party) and Medvedev-Putin saved the unjustly convicted servicemen. I don’t care. The main thing is to get results. Any mass protest here is action number one. For the skeptics, let me remind you that a year ago, on December 27, the preventive measure for A and Kh was changed and they were taken into custody. After the public outcry and the rally that was broken up on January 10, they were released again under a written pledge not to leave. I’m not claiming the rally was the decisive factor. But I can’t claim the opposite either. I suggest everyone come to the court today. And I suggest that on January 10 next year, exactly one year after the dispersed rally, we hold a new one. Very symbolic. We’ve already filed the application. It’s remarkable that last time the official application was submitted by Pyotr Miloserdov, and this time the rally notice was signed by him as well. Along with him, also pavell** and **alter_vij****.
