The Moscow City Court upheld the decision to deport National Bolshevik Vladimir Linderman to Latvia. The court thus rejected the appeal filed by attorney Dzhalil Sirozhidinov. He had asked the Moscow City Court to overturn the ruling of the Kuzminsky District Court. The judge stated that he considered the original decision well-founded and in compliance with the law. The court took into account the fact that Linderman had been living illegally in Russia for several years, and that no official confirmation could be found that he had requested political asylum or been granted refugee status. http://www.echo.msk.ru/news/320837.html The Russian authorities have disgraced themselves. Freaks. They really just handed over one of their own. There’s no other way to describe it. To send a man to Latvia when he was persecuted there for defending Russians and will be imprisoned there is simply betrayal. Yes, I also have a negative view of the NBP (National Bolshevik Party). But here—and this is obvious—a couple of Kremlin lackeys, for the sake of their own comfortable lives, betrayed the interests of the Russian people. Rats.
