The hot water has been turned off. And on top of that, it’s gotten colder. I’ve got some seriously bad luck when it comes to hot water shutoffs. Not once has it happened in my building during a heat wave or when I’m away on vacation / at the dacha (country house). Maybe the FSB (Russia’s Federal Security Service) is behind all this?
