Maybe this is really bad, but I know almost nothing about the "Nizhny Novgorod case" (a court case from Nizhny Novgorod, a Russian city). I mean, I know that a mother is on trial who either did or didn’t throw—or maybe did, but accidentally—her little daughter down the stairs. Over the past few days, the number of posts about this in my feed has shot up, and I’ve noticed the following: - those who are "supposedly anti-Putin" are saying the mother is a child-killer and should be sent to prison. - while those who are "supposedly pro-Putin" are fiercely condemning the investigation and the court, and believe the mother is completely innocent. How accurate could this be, really? Or is my friends feed just that weird?
