I don’t understand how anyone could set the opening hours as Tuesday and Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. It’s some kind of villainy and mockery of the multinational people of the Russian Federation. They must have sat there thinking: what hours can we set to make it inconvenient for absolutely everyone?
