Just got back from the Supreme Court. The Arakcheev-Khudyakov case is being heard there right now. As an open hearing. Not a single one of the people who came was allowed into the open hearing. As usual, this was done in an utterly brazen and rude manner: they said everyone would be let in and made a list, then for twenty minutes it was "the court clerk has already gone out to get you," and then "the hearing has already started, no more entry." Clearly, all this is part of the fight against legal nihilism and the campaign to strengthen trust in the justice system.
