Geidar Dzhemal is speaking. It doesn’t matter about what. But before his speech, he literally said some kind of Islamist mantra into the microphone. Something like, 'ailala mulmala bulbalya.' Of course, no one knows the translation, but everyone understood it to mean, 'may all these infidels burn in hell.'
