Yes. For the sake of proper order and complete transparency. I have decided to publish full information about my contacts with officials at companies in which I am a minority shareholder and against which I have raised complaints. I mean contacts that did not take place at official shareholder meetings, but were devoted to minority shareholder issues. So that there are no questions, no rumors about any kind of “negotiations,” and no accusations of greenmail. There have only been two. 1. A meeting with one of Rosneft’s directors, Peter O’Brien. It took place at O’Brien’s initiative about a month ago. We clarified the scope of the information I would like to receive from Rosneft Oil Company and discussed the legal aspects of my claims. 2. Today I spoke by phone with Sergei Guriev, an independent director of Sberbank. Guriev said that he had received one of my inquiries (regarding Sberbank’s strange lending to the Skolkovo business school), briefly outlined his position, and said that he would respond through official channels. I will post his reply. Interestingly, Guriev found me through LiveJournal. Such is the magic power of blogs. Going forward, I will continue to report contacts of this kind. If we’re going to have transparency, then let it be complete transparency.
