Seriously, though. Why the hell is the Investigative Committee under the Prosecutor General’s Office buying two Infiniti QX56s?! A gigantic seven-seat ultra-luxury beast. A 5.6-liter engine. It guzzles more on gasoline alone in a month than three investigators earn. Who is planning to drive it, and where? And why couldn’t they buy something simpler? Something more appropriate for a country where 20 million citizens live below the poverty line. Something without an "Infiniti infotainment system with a ceiling-mounted fold-down 8-inch color screen" and a "premium two-channel Bose audio system with 333 watts of power". The Investigative Committee staff could listen to "Vladimirsky Central" (a famous Russian prison chanson song) on a $250 Pioneer car stereo just fine. That definitely has no effect on the quality of an investigation.
