Anton Nosik wrote a post in which he blasted yet another pro-Kremlin youth movement, one that seems to find its whole reason for being in hounding Eduard Limonov (a Russian writer and political activist). *Some people really do have an astonishing job. Every single day they remind their fellow citizens—lest, God forbid, anyone forget—that there is such a person as Limonov in this world. A man who amounts to nothing, is needed by no one, will never be elected to anything, anywhere, and in general is a complete nobody. Year after year they put out press releases and LiveJournal posts about it, shoot videos, send spam. And it’s hard to imagine what they’d do if Limonov suddenly ceased to exist. *But Limonov didn’t understand what Nosik was writing about and started viciously laying into him: “Hey, Nosik? What, is jealousy rising in your throat? I’m not bothering you, so you sit quietly too. To each his own. What belongs to Limonov goes to Limonov, what belongs to Nosik goes to Nosik. Look who’s talking... In short, don’t go sticking your little nose in. Keep your little nose out of my business.” *An amusing outcome.
