here (via mrparker) If that's the case, then yes, we're really "rising from our knees" in full force, of course. FAPSI (the former Russian government communications and information agency), with its absurd budget, could at least have cobbled together the little box and screen themselves. I expect that next time they'll pass off a gaming PSP as a new control system for missile cruisers. And the Russian Silicon Valley will turn out to be just a set at Mosfilm (Russia's major film studio). And most importantly: why lie at all? They invented some kind of new information security system. It's obvious the lie will be exposed in three seconds.
