Anatoly Chubais made sure that the SUV driver had not been injured and was able to move around independently. After that, the head of the state corporation continued on in another vehicle.
And here is Government Resolution No. 737, "On Special Light and Sound Signals." And I absolutely do not see ROSNANO mentioned anywhere in this resolution. But I have my doubts. Could he really have just been driving around with a flashing blue light for no legitimate reason? Maybe there are some regulations that allow him to do that?
