**Titov and Yavlinsky Set Up a Public Council for Modernization ***Boris Titov, leader of Delovaya Rossiya (Business Russia), and Grigory Yavlinsky, former chairman of Yabloko, are creating a public council called "ForModernization.RU," which is supposed to develop a strategy for Russia’s modernization. *here I’d laugh, if I had the energy. The name is what really gets me: "ForModernization.RU" I can just picture them sitting there trying to come up with it: "We need something trendy, modern... with a website and youth-oriented bells and whistles"
