I have no idea how many billions of rubles they spent on the website https://www.gosuslugi.ru/ (Russia’s government services portal), but damn it, I’ve already spent an hour trying to register there without any success. Sometimes it decides I’m entering the verification number incorrectly, and other times it just says ERROR! where the verification number is supposed to be. What a nightmare. They ought to have their hands torn off. And these are the people who still want to create a Russian Operating System. The comments were right. I stopped using Internet Explorer and switched to Google Chrome, and it worked.
