So, I’ve finally started getting the hang of Twitter. I’ve even already made it into the four-digit follower range. The secret turned out to be simple (plushev explained it to me): you just need to install a good client app, and Twitter suddenly becomes clear, straightforward, and convenient. It’s a great tool for sharing links and that sort of thing. Using it through a browser is basically impossible. Echofon works great for the iPhone. So my messages usually look something like this: damn, the traffic is awful today. .. I’ve never seen a traffic jam this huge. .. hell, today’s traffic is even worse than yesterday’s. .. wow! this traffic jam is a record-breaker. .. yesterday’s traffic jam looks like a highway compared to today’s. .. yeah, I guess I really knew nothing about traffic jams until today. P.S. Does anyone know how to set up automatic cross-posting from LiveJournal to Twitter?
