Energetic residents of Kazan have succeeded in getting electricity tariffs in Tatarstan recognized as being 12% too high. Now they are seeking a corresponding ruling from the Tariff Service. To do that, they need help pressuring the FTS (Federal Tariff Service) in Moscow. If anyone has the time, energy, and interest in gaining some unusual experience, it would be great to support them. It seems to me this is exactly the right kind of grassroots action.
