Point No. 2: The total compensation of VTB’s supervisory board members and top managers in the first quarter of 2010 increased 2.6-fold. Compensation paid to the bank’s management for the first quarter amounted to 1.3 billion rubles, compared with 0.5 billion rubles in January–March 2009. Question: What exactly do these crooks have to do before this incomprehensible thing calling itself the “state,” and constantly screaming about “protecting state interests,” finally starts to move? Does Kostin have to start eating children? Or, worse still, denying the Holocaust? Clone Hitler and put one in every VTB-24 branch office? Where, exactly, is the line?
