This was reported on Tuesday on the radio station Echo of Moscow by Pyotr Chuiko, acting head of the Public Order Department of the St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region police directorate. The ferocious, heavily built man with white beads on his wrist was caught on video by one of the participants in the opposition rally in defense of Article 31 of the Constitution. He was beating people gathered at Gostiny Dvor and holding the little immortal booklet, and at one point he turned to those around him and said: "You ferrets, f..., who’s next?" ///////// * Update.
