Now he has gotten the prosecutor’s office to provide a clear explanation on the question, "Is it allowed to take photos freely at a railway station?" Good for him, seriously.
Knowing the stubborn stupidity of Russian Railways, photographers would be well advised to print it out and carry it with them.
