And I regularly did steal things and blow them up. Ordinary ammunition was never a problem. But this is sheer negligence. I find it hard to believe that mushroom pickers and passersby could launch it on their own—there should be some kind of protection system against unauthorized access. But the fact that reckless kids or lunatics could set everything off and cause many, many millions of dollars in damage in three minutes—that much is undeniable. P.S.
