What I remember most about him, too, is that at every rally he was the fiercest anti-Putin firebrand, tearing into the criminal regime at full blast. He was such a radical liberal that Novodvorskaya (a famously outspoken Russian liberal opposition figure) would look tame by comparison. Now he’s a member of the Civic Chamber and is railing instead against the regime’s enemies and “their foreign handlers.” A slippery little guy, that’s for sure.
