The data from the audit of "Transneft" were classified at Transneft's own request. And of course there was the usual "blah blah" about the country's mobilization readiness. A sure sign: as soon as a billion gets stolen, talk immediately starts about mobilization readiness and the state's defense capability. Although perhaps when Auditor Beskhmelnitsyn speaks of "the state's defense capability and security," he doesn't mean Russia, but other states? The ones where the billions siphoned off from "Transneft" and the Russian federal budget were invested? The United Kingdom, Israel, the United States, Switzerland? If so, then everything is correct. YABLOKO will be suing the Accounts Chamber over this. Well done, guys, sure.
