Following up on yesterday's topic. http://rospotrebnadzor.ru/ I received a lot of emails. I read all the comments both here and on Habr. I realized that I was very mistaken. My apologies to everyone. It became obvious that of the $162,000 allocated for the website, not one hundred thousand was stolen, but one hundred sixty thousand. The site was built on a free engine.

Its comical crash yesterday from a link on LiveJournal looks even more absurd considering that some users trying to access the site were, amazingly, granted admin access.

from here So, all of this was thrown together by a student (who was not especially diligent about the job). I’m not going to post what people sent me about "Lanit" yet—it all needs to be verified. Still, the scale is impressive. I think it is obvious to all of us that Rospotrebnadzor head Onishchenko should be dismissed, those directly responsible for commissioning the website should be put on trial, and Lanit JSC should reimburse the budget for the money spent and be added to the register of unscrupulous suppliers, so that it never again has anything to do with government procurement. Now let’s see how obvious this is to the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation (which generally coordinates such contracts), and the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. Several people have volunteered to prepare a formal technical assessment of the site for us, in addition to the one we already have. This week we’ll put together some major complaints and send them out to everyone. I’ll publish the responses. Many thanks to everyone who shared their feedback. Update. The Rospotrebnadzor people couldn’t manage to make a proper website, but they are quick to delete messages about corruption from the relevant section of their forum. For example, ones like this (sent in via Twitter):
