Onishchenko, the website-builder from Rospotrebnadzor (Russia’s consumer rights and public health watchdog), keeps coming out with incendiary stuff. All in all, that’s hardly surprising, given that the man has easy access to all sorts of powders and pills. Someone sent over a link to the agency’s press release:
How exactly a federal agency can suspend its “productive interactions” with a state news agency—and what kind of interactions those were in the first place—is left unexplained, but the wording of the release deserves a place in a textbook. I suppose that before long an emergency Rospotrebnadzor commission will discover a lice outbreak at RIA Novosti and shave all the staff bald.
