Just a minute ago, Transneft got thoroughly trounced in the Moscow Arbitration Court (commercial court). They refused to sign a settlement agreement with us and to provide the board of directors' minutes voluntarily. After that, the court ruled in our favor and ordered Transneft to hand over the documents we requested. Our joy is compounded by the fact that today we also received a ruling from the Constitutional Court in a similar case involving Rosneft. The court sided with us (that is, with the shareholders rather than management). So now neither Rosneft nor Transneft has any room left to keep jerking us around. Let's see what they're hiding there.
