INTERFAX-AFI — On Thursday, the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court, which had granted the claim of Transneft minority shareholder Alexei Navalny, seeking access to documents on the pipeline monopoly’s operations. For the millionth time, they tried to prove that I’m not even a shareholder at all. They eagerly quoted my Twitter as proof that I’m a bad-faith shareholder. They submitted printouts from LiveJournal as evidence. They threatened to bring in some miracle papers, and for that they even called a one-day recess in the hearing. None of it helped.
