Here's a recording of the conversation with a tech support representative. Apparently, a couple more people in Ulyanovsk have confirmed that access to navalny.livejournal.com/ is blocked for them. What can I say about this: Very strange. Why block my LiveJournal? If you're going to block it, why in Ulyanovsk Region? And if in Ulyanovsk Region, why only with one provider? The audio recording of the conversation with tech support doesn't seem very convincing either. Possible explanations: It's all a technical error on one side and a misunderstanding on the other. It's all a provocation or a joke. The people at the Ulyanovsk Region FSB office (Federal Security Service) are clinically idiotic and/or American spies. I really am a "Kremlin project," and there is a plan to boost my popularity by taking a series of indescribably stupid actions against me.
