There is evidence that the construction was overseen by the Presidential Property Management Department. Hundreds of people can confirm that Putin visited the site repeatedly.
There is evidence that a significant part of the infrastructure was built with budget funds. Everything needed for a successful investigation is there. Half a year has passed. Silence. Kolesnikov ends his article brilliantly: When I published the open letter to the president, I hoped it would help move the fight against corruption from words to real action. But apparently, the time has not yet come. So when will it come? When the games on the iPad are over?
