We’ve decided to make another attempt at crowdsourcing, this time taking into account our previous not very successful experience. We won’t be starting from scratch, but from an already functioning project. Programmers who would like to help us improve RosYama (a Russian civic project), are invited to collaborate. All the work is being coordinated by fe**zeev,** many thanks to him for that. Please direct all questions and suggestions to him. As for me, phrases like "you’ll need mercurial to clone the repository" put me into a state best described as "like a ram staring at a new gate" (a Russian idiom meaning total bewilderment).
