Read the whole saga of his registration: an instructive story about how a citizen of the Russian Federation wants to take part in an election, and is prevented from doing so through some truly diabolical tricks: it is claimed that in 20 hours, a handwriting expert carried out about 540,000 pairwise signature comparisons (which is exactly how many are needed to compare all possible pairs among 1,039 signatures), which works out to exactly 450 comparisons per minute, or 7.5 comparisons per second.
