The monument to Tsar Fyodor Ioannovich was moved from the Tsarevokokshaysk Kremlin to the embankment on October 21. “it looks much better here and decorates the embankment even more,” says local resident Natalya Mikheeva of Yoshkar-Ola. That raises some questions: what, then, are the 7 million rubles being allocated for? Why is the work being carried out "after the fact," and how much does it really cost?
