We’ve received the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) ruling on the bogus 290 million ruble tender, now in official document form.

Full text here. Now we have everything needed to file a crime report. Here is the text. We’ve sent it to the Investigative Committee for Leningrad Oblast, and we’re very much hoping a criminal case will be opened. We need help with a somewhat similar situation in Yoshkar-Ola. An auction has been announced there for moving Ioannovich.

So far only one bid has been submitted, which means the winner is already known. The trick is that the local press reports that Ioannovich is already in his new location. The monument to Tsar Fyodor Ioannovich was moved from the Tsarevokokshaysk Kremlin to the embankment on October 21. “it looks much better here and decorates the embankment even more,” says local resident Natalya Mikheeva of Yoshkar-Ola. That raises some questions: what, then, are the 7 million rubles being allocated for? Why is the work being carried out "after the fact," and how much does it really cost? Accordingly, we need someone willing to photograph the old and new locations of our Comrade Tsar and send us the evidence (or let us know if there is no evidence). Th**is is being handled by ipasserby **, please get in touch with him. Thank you.
